COMICZ

Dare Dollz: Age of Consent — comic covers & zines
"What does it mean to perform, survive, and take control in a world obsessed with image, influence, and money?"

Dare Dollz: Age of Consent blends science fiction, action, and drama. Behind the followers and the fame, these four women are something far more dangerous.

Set in the hyper-advanced city of Carnado, Dare Dollz follows Demi, Paris, Chanel, and Bleu — stylish social media icons living double lives as elite covert agents. Behind the filters and fame, they navigate loyalty, power, and identity while tracking one of the city's most dangerous figures: the elusive criminal mastermind and Carnado's favorite rapper, 8 Figga.

CREATORZ

Dare and Darius Moreno

Dare & Darius Moreno

Dare Dollz is created by twin siblings Dare and Darius Moreno — a multidisciplinary creative duo raised in Washington, D.C. Their work is shaped by the cultural intersections of art, fashion, storytelling, and city life.

Darius Moreno

Fine artist and illustrator. His work explores identity, desire, and representation within Black, Afro-Latino, and queer communities. Darius graduated from Parsons School of Design. He gained early recognition by illustrating the cover of GoldLink's Grammy-nominated album At What Cost. Since then, his work has appeared in major publications and galleries, celebrated for its bold visual language and emotional honesty. His practice centers marginalized narratives while pushing contemporary figurative art forward.

Dare Moreno

Writer, creative director, and culturist. With a background in theater and creative writing, she began her career producing travel and lifestyle content before expanding into narrative-driven projects like Dare Dollz and her editorial platform Dare Is The Truth. Her work centers on storytelling and community, with a particular focus on women, desire, ambition, and power.

The twins were initially inspired by their grandmother's collection of porcelain dolls. They launched Dare Dollz as a collectible art project, which quickly evolved into a narrative universe — now including dolls, comics, and fashion. Today, Dare Dollz serves as the intersection of their creative practices: visual art meets storytelling, culture meets collectibility.
